Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees. In your return package, please include:

• Your Name

• Order Number

• Reason for exchange

• Any relevant photos

All returns must be received by College Creative Curations using the same shipping packaging as the original order. Similarly, to be eligible for an exchange/refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-refundable and Non-exchangeable Items

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Items marked as final sale

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To request an exchange or refund, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and a brief explanation of your request.

• We will guide you through the return or exchange process.

Processing Times

Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the returned items. Receiving your refund will vary depending on your bank’s processing times (usually 5-7 business days).

Exchanges will be processed once we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.

Cancellations

To cancel your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, we are unable to cancel your order.
