Currency

All sales on our website are conducted in Canadian Dollars (CAD). You will always be charged in Canadian dollars for your purchases.

Shipping Options

Free Shipping (Within Canada):

  • Delivery Time: 2-5 business days

  • Eligibility: Free shipping is available on all orders over $100.

  • Note: At checkout, enter the code: FREESHIPPING (only works if your order is over $100.00)

Standard Shipping (Within Canada):

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days

  • Cost: $13.00

International Shipping:

  • Delivery Time: 5-7 business days (USA); 7-10 business days (UK)

  • Cost: $17.50 (for USA orders); $18.50 (for UK orders)

  • Note: International orders to the USA and UK may be subjected to additional import fees. Please see international orders below for more info.

Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped via UPS and/or Canada Post, depending on the destination and size of the package.

Tracking Orders

Once your order has been processed and dropped off at the post office or handed over to UPS, it becomes the buyer's responsibility to track their order. You will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's progress.

Unclaimed, Stolen & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed by the buyer, the buyer must pay the return shipping charges. It is essential to provide accurate and secure shipping information to ensure the successful delivery of your order. Please promptly check for delivery attempts and notifications from the carrier.

In the unfortunate event that a package is stolen after delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for stolen packages. We would recommend filing a police report first. After filing the police report, please get in touch with us to inform us of the situation. We value your feedback and will work with you to explore potential solutions.

If you receive your package and notice visible damages to the contents, please email us within 3 days of receipt. In your email, include the following information:

  • Your Name

  • Order Number

  • Description of the Damaged Item(s)

  • Clear Images of the Damages

Our commitment is to promptly address any issues. With the provided information and images, we can assess the damages and take appropriate action. Please note that without images, we may be unable to support your claim effectively. We will do our best to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution to ensure your satisfaction.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that this timeframe may vary during peak seasons or promotional events.

International Orders

For international orders, please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in your country. These fees are not included in the total at checkout.
